Exercise in Childhood!

Take action to promote healthy weight in your child!

Try to limit the amount of time your child spends in front of the TV, computer, and video games. Instead, help your child to be active and join them in play. Frequent exercise paired with a good diet will help your child grow to be a strong and healthy adult!Aim for at least 60 minutes of active play each day.
