Exercise can boost your mood and help you to have an easier pregnancy and delivery.

Prenatal Yoga
Practice yoga during pregnancy to gain energy, build strength and balance, relieve tension in the body, and calm the nerves through deep breathing.
There are many different yoga poses, each with their own benefits. Some of these poses include:

  • Sun Salutations : creates a peaceful mind, strong body, and allows you to connect with your baby
  • Tree Pose: helps to improve balance and strengthen the legs
  • Goddess Pose: strengthens the thighs and legs to prepare you for labor

Avoid poses with severe twisting, that could harm the baby on either side, or poses where you lie on your back.
