How do I become enrolled?
- There is no application needed to enroll in the WIC program. Simply call the Weld County WIC office at 970-395-1113 to set up an appointment.
- You will need to bring proof of income, proof of address, ID’s, shot records, and the individuals being certified to the appointment.
- At your certification appointment, you will receive food vouchers that can be used at local supermarkets along with your next appointment.
Your family will need to be re-certified every 6 months.
