How do I become enrolled?

  1. There is no application needed to enroll in the WIC program. Simply call the Weld County WIC office at 970-395-1113 to set up an appointment.
  2. You will need to bring proof of income, proof of address, ID’s, shot records, and the individuals being certified to the appointment.
  3. At your certification appointment, you will receive food vouchers that can be used at local supermarkets along with your next appointment.

Your family will need to be re-certified every 6 months.
